Almost 650,000 cases sold in under three years. Identified and appointed importers in 20 markets. Planned and implemented the brand launch with events, trade shows, PR and social media, plus a full programme of targeted media campaigns. Contract extension expected, but brand sold to the Sazerac company.

Founder

Jonathan Welch

Jonathan's drink experience began at Twining's Tea, before six years at William Grant & Sons, including managing the Iberian business from Madrid. In 2006, he moved to Flor de Cana Rum, before joining the Sagatiba company, to expand their global network. In 2011, he founded Brand Harbour with Nick.

Jonathan is passionate about, but ultimately disappointed by, Sheffield Utd FC.

Nick Woodward

Nick started his drinks industry career at William Grant & Sons, working with well-known brands Glenfiddich, Hendricks Gin and Reyka Vodka, before moving to Sagatiba, the Brazilian cachaça company. When that business was acquired by Grupo Campari, he founded Brand Harbour with Jonathan.

In his spare time, Nick is an amateur stand up comedian.

Office Manager

Tricia Osborne

Tricia joined Brand Harbour in 2015, after a successful career in local education services. She is a great administrator and makes sure customers get their orders, brand owners get paid and everything runs as smoothly as possible. Her middle name should be 'Organised' but her parents chose Josephine.

Tricia has very little spare time - she's too busy keeping her family under control.

Naomi Good

Naomi started her career in hospitality, working as a ski rep for a decade. Returning to the UK she spent 3 years running gin festivals, including a flagship event in London for over 10,000 visitors. She joined Brand Harbour in 2019 and focuses on the gin, rum and RTD brands in the portfolio.

To relax, Naomi likes playing tennis and going for long walks in the rain.

Kate Whittome

The newest member of the team, Kate currently works part time assisting with order processing, office administration and despatching samples. She is also responsible for managing the company's profile on LinkedIn and social media. Joined Brand Harbour in June 2024.

Kate has an eye for antiques, searching out bargains to resell at higher prices.
